NAPSA Stars Football Club Head Coach Sipho Mumbi has expressed optimism about his team’s chances against Mighty Mufulira Wanderers FC in their MTN Super League encounter scheduled for tomorrow, despite the short turnaround following a difficult loss.
Speaking in an interview with Mafken News, Mumbi admitted disappointment with the team’s previous performance but urged his players to put the result behind them and refocus.
He challenged his squad to be clinical in front of goal, manage pressure effectively, and remain disciplined throughout the match.
The coach also acknowledged the strength and experience of Mighty Mufulira Wanderers, noting their pedigree and tactical maturity.
However, Mumbi said his players have been instructed to stick to their own game plan, stay composed, and execute their strategy confidently in order to navigate the pressure that comes with facing such an experienced side and technical bench.
