Mufulira Wanderers Football Club Head Coach Lameck Banda says the team is aiming for a top-four finish in the 2025/26 Zambia Premier League season and is equally determined to lift this year’s ABSA Cup.
Coach Banda revealed that the technical bench is closely monitoring the team’s next five fixtures against NAPSA Stars, MUZA FC, Nchanga FC, ZESCO United FC, and Mines United as part of its strategy to achieve the season’s objectives.
The match against Mines United Football Club is scheduled for 6th February 2026 at Shinde Stadium.
Speaking in an interview with Mafken News, Coach Banda said the squad is fully prepared and fit for the upcoming February fixtures.
He added that the league remains highly competitive and emphasized that he will not underrate any opponent, regardless of their position on the league table, noting that every match will be treated with equal seriousness.
