Mufulira Magnets Basketball Club has appealed to stakeholders to come on board and support the renovation of their basketball court, which is currently not up to standard.
Speaking in an interview with Mafken News, Team Manager Temba Chama said the poor state of the court has forced the team to play their home games in Kitwe.
Mr. Chama explained that travelling every weekend has become a challenge, as the team has to constantly source funds for transport and refreshments.
He has since called on stakeholders to support the club in rehabilitating the court so that games can be played in Mufulira.
